Chelsham and Farleigh Funday 2011

28th - 29th May 2011

In 2008 the residents of Chelsham and Farleigh held a Fun Day to raise funds for The Help for Heroes Charity.   With sponsorship, raffles and auctions, entertainment and side shows the event raised over  £15,000 for the Charity.

This event is being repeated on 28th and 29th.May 2011 with similar participation by the residents and businesses in the area.  The charity will be for Help for Heroes again but in particular for The Headley Court Patients Welfare Fund.

The main event will commence at 10am on 29th May  with a march past of the TA and the Cadet Force accompanied by marching bands.   Around the area will be side shows and games for all ages together with raffles and a major auction.  The fun fair will be taking place all day as well as competitions and stage shows.   A substantial hog roast and licensed refreshment will be available as well as a raffle and grand auction.  Music and dancing will continue during the evening.

Should  your club or oganisation require a pitch within the area the cost will be £15, if this is the case please complete the contact form where appropriate.

 

WHERE ARE WE?!  TO FIND WHERE THE EVENTS ARE TAKING PLACE - FIRST FIND THE HARROW PUBLIC HOUSE IN FARLEIGH ROAD, WARLINGHAM, THEN TURN INTO HARROW ROAD - CONTINUE TO THE FIRST CROSS ROADS AT THE END OF HARROW ROAD - YOU WILL NOT MISS US!!!

Please note that Car Parking will be in Kennel Farm Field opposite the Common.  Cost £1 per car towards the Charity.
